Planning Meetings – To Bore or Not To Bore!

We’ve all been there…boring meetings that is. No matter where you happen to be in the business world, we have all had the misfortune to have to sit through a snooze fest or two. Boring meetings, whether an office meeting, business meeting, conference meeting or any other planned meeting, are counterproductive. There is nothing worse than having to attend a poorly organized, boring, too long or pointless meeting.

When planning meetings the goal is always (always) to provide a useful and beneficial platform where information is exchanged and shared and where viewpoints and knowledge are presented in the most interesting and comprehensive way. And when all is said and done, the participants are glad they attended and depart feeling it was well worth their time.

Whatever the subject matter, anyone planning meetings strives to make their meetings not only interesting but structured, effective, resourceful and efficient. The point is to keep the proceedings progressing in a timely fashion and achieve the meeting objectives and goals.

If only there way some way keep all attending and participating on track. Well, I’m here for you. If you’re ready for a laugh, look no further.
