Conference Room Set Up – Be Prepared to be Amazed! (Great Video)

There are so many things about my job that I love. To this day each and every time I see a totally blank space turn from bare concrete, floors and walls, to a spectacular looking General Session Room, I am truly amazed. For me, it never gets old and the results continue to surprise me every single time. Taking uniquely different space and converting it from average to exceptional especially when it comes to the general session space is definitely a talent. And yes like most things in our industry it takes a great deal of planning, resources and experience to not only get the job done but to get it done right. And let’s not forget about all the thorough and in-depth logistical preparation that is required.

It’s a given, planning and executing a successful conference (including the general session) takes an incredible amount of time, energy, hard work and of course the already mentioned resources and experience. But it is so doable. And really the general session is a key part of conference success as so many times it is first chance an attendee creates their impression of the conference. Making conference room set up and everything that involves is that important.
